Walton Global has fully subscribed its South Carolina Growth 1 – Martintown Road Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) after raising approximately $3.15 million.
The offering included approximately 130 acres in North Augusta, South Carolina, along a rapidly developing corridor within the Augusta, Georgia metropolitan area. The site is planned as a mixed-use community featuring approximately 5.2 acres of commercial development. The investment was structured with an anticipated three- to four-year holding period.
“This offering resonated with investors because it combines a well-located property, strong regional fundamentals and a clear path toward residential development in one of the Southeast’s most attractive growth corridors,” said Katie Hubbard, president of U.S. Capital Markets at Walton Global.
Since launching its DST program in March 2023, Walton has focused on all-equity growth strategies designed to provide accredited investors with access to institutional-quality land assets.
The company has also broadened its distribution strategy. In February, Walton launched the American Builder Growth and Income Fund, targeting up to $500 million in capital through independent broker-dealers, registered investment advisors and family office platforms, further expanding its reach into the private wealth channel.
